Before Your VIP Day

Complete your application with as much detail as possible. This will ensure we are a solid match to work together and that I will be able to help you.

You will receive a response from me within 24 hours Mon-Fri. In some cases, I may have additional questions for you and I will send those via email. Once those are answered, we will make a final decision on whether or not to move forward.

Once you book your VIP Day, you will receive Pre-Work via email. This will take you about an hour to complete and MUST be completed at least 24 hours prior to our appointment. If it is not completed on time, your appointment may be rescheduled.

During Our VIP Day

This will be an on-camera Zoom meeting, but dress in whatever you're most comfortable in.

We will start our day by confirming your primary goal for our time together.

Then we will dive into your pre-work and work our way through our established priorities.

We will take one 15 minute break after about 2hrs

After Your VIP Day

You will receive final copies of all documentation that we created within 48hours (Mon-Fri)

Now it's time for implementation!

You will also have unlimited Voxer access to me for 14 calendar days so you can ask any questions that come up as you begin to implement

What if I can't implement all the strategies immediately?

Ideally, you are ready to implement as soon as we get off the call. However, the documentation and strategies we will create together are designed to be used for years to come. They are yours to use as needed. If you need some tweaking or to discuss something about them down the road, you can always book a strategy session for us to review it all.

How is this different from other hiring consultations?

We are not consulting for just the details of one or two roles. We are planning out your entire hiring strategy for the next 6-12 months regardless of roles. We are looking at where you are, your hiring history, and where you want to go and designing your entire strategy from start to finish.

Will there be a recording?

Yes! You will receive a link to it when you receive your final documents. I strongly suggest you download it to your own virtual storage immediately as I only keep recordings available for 3 months.
